We set the highest standards which all staff are required to meet. All staff working with Elite will participate in extensive training to include in house induction and manual handling training days.

All staff have access to our online training platform and will complete mandatory training course to support their in-house training days.

Staff can also work towards obtaining a NVQ Level 2 / 3 in care with a qualified training assessor.

When in service user’s home , all staff wear an Elite Assistance Uniform with a named badge. All staff wear full Protective Personal Equipment(PPE). Face Masks, Aprons, and Personal Care gloves. This is to ensure a safe environment in line with Covid and health and safety regulations.

Elite Assistance staff know that they are representing the company and conduct themselves in a polite, respectful and professional manner at all times.
Many of our staff are highly qualified.

New employees undergo an inductor training programme based on National Care Standards recommendations to compliment their own experience.
