Who we help

A

Via Social Services or Health Care Commissioners

In this instance, a professional worker from a statutory department will have assessed and agreed a requirement for assistance with you. This worker will then seek to commission a service provider that meets your needs (i.e.) Elite Assistance.

Most of our work in this circumstance is for adults living independently in the community or children with a disability living in a family home. People who have recently been discharged from hospital and need an interim package of short-term care to assist their rehabilitation are also eligible for support.

B

Direct from Members of the Public

Anybody in the public can seek assistance from us regardless of their social background, age, race, religion, gender or sexuality. This can often be for similar reasons to above but without a statutory department assessment or for such things as relief for carer sitting service, post-natal help, short-term illness, carer holidays etc.

If you are unsure if we can help with your needs then please do not hesitate to contact us for impartial advice. Elite Assistance can consider all requests, offer advice and in the unlikely event that we cannot help, point you in the direction of someone who can.

C

People Managing Their Own Budgets and Direct Payments

Elite Assistance offers care to people who receive money from social services and then choose whichever service they would like.
